Onboard experience
Young guests sit in specially designated areas close to the crew and receive attentive care throughout the flight. Meals are tailored to their needs, and our trained team carry out regular, friendly check-ins to ensure comfort and reassurance.
Arrival and beyond
Upon landing, our team guides your child through the arrival process and ensures a secure, verified handover to their designated guardian. Every step is carefully managed to ensure a safe and smooth reunion.
Age guidelines
Children 5–11 years
Children in this age group must travel using our young solo flyer service. They will receive full assistance from check-in to arrival, including continuous supervision during the flight and personal guidance throughout the journey.
Young guests 12–15 years
Young travelers may choose to fly independently or with the Young Solo Flyer service (at a fee) if parents prefer added reassurance. Our crew will be available throughout the flight to support them and ensure a comfortable experience.
