The Best Offer Guaranteed feature is Riyadh Air’s commitment to delivering the most personalized and valuable offers to Sfeer Members booking directly (i.e. through Riyadh Air’s official digital channels), when compared to non-Sfeer members. The offers are designed to reward direct engagement, loyalty, and travel behavior by providing tailored value—whether through pricing, ancillaries, bonus Sfeer Points, or exclusive services. The feature ensures that each Sfeer Member receives benefits at the time of booking directly, reflecting Riyadh Air’s dedication to transparency, fairness, and world-class guest experience.

2. Terms and Conditions

2.1 Definition and Purpose

The Best Offer Guaranteed ensures Sfeer Members receive, when compared to non-Sfeer members, the best available personalized offer, which may include price, ancillaries, bonus Sfeer Points, and/or services, when booking directly with Riyadh Air.
Offers are tailored to reward direct engagement, loyalty, and travel behavior, rather than providing uniform pricing.

2.2 Scope of Application

Applies exclusively to Riyadh Air marketed and operated flights, unless otherwise stated.
For itineraries involving other airlines, only fare, ancillary, or service components priced, offered, and controlled by Riyadh Air are eligible.
Codeshare-only itineraries where Riyadh Air is not the pricing carrier are excluded.

2.3 Eligible Booking Channels

Applies only to bookings made directly through Riyadh Air’s official digital channels (i.e. Mobile Applications, Website- Mobile & Desktop versions).
Excludes bookings made via:
- Travel agencies or Online Travel Agencies;
- Airport ticket counters;
- Call centers or sales offices; and
- Any indirect, offline, or third-party sales environments.

2.4 Sfeer Members’ Eligibility

Available to exclusively to Sfeer Members booking directly, subject to availability and applicable conditions.
Sfeer Members may be eligible for exclusive pricing, ancillary offers, bonus Sfeer Points, and/or service benefits, provided they are logged into their Sfeer Member Account at the time of search and booking.

2.5 Offer Determination and Differentiation

Offers may vary and are dynamically determined based on:
- Cabin class
- Itinerary and route
- Travel dates and demand conditions
- Sfeer Levels
- Travel frequency and booking behavior
The Best Offer Guaranteed does not imply uniform pricing or benefits across all Sfeer Members, but rather the best available offer for each Sfeer Member, when compared to non-Sfeer members at the time of booking directly with Riyadh Air.

2.6 Best Offer Guaranteed Benefits

Sfeer Members may receive value including:

Level-based or personalized fare discounts
Complimentary or discounted ancillary services (e.g., seat selection)
Exclusive, early-access, or time-limited offers for new routes, destinations, or promotional campaigns
Bonus Sfeer Points

Offer composition may include price, ancillaries, bonus Sfeer Points, services, or a combination thereof, depending on eligibility and availability.

Where the Best Offer Guaranteed includes a fare discount component, such discount may be applied as a fixed-value reduction based on cabin class and journey type, as determined by Riyadh Air. The applicable values are:

Economy Class
- SAR 50 for one-way bookings
- SAR 100 for roundtrip bookings
Premium Economy Class
- SAR 100 for one-way bookings
- SAR 200 for roundtrip bookings
Business Class
- SAR 175 for one-way bookings
- SAR 350 for roundtrip bookings

2.7 Availability and Pricing Rules

All offers are subject to availability at the time of booking.
Riyadh Air reserves the right to modify, replace, or withdraw any offer at its discretion without prior notice.
Offers will not be set below approved minimum or floor pricing thresholds, in accordance with applicable pricing rules and regulatory requirements.

2.8 Exclusions and Limitations

The Best Offer Guaranteed does not apply to:
- Group bookings;
- Charter services;
- Indirect, offline, or non-digital sales channels; and
- Cannot be combined with offers that are explicitly stated as ineligible or mutually exclusive.

2.9 Transparency and Fair Use

Riyadh Air is committed to fair, transparent, and non-deceptive offer presentation.
Offer comparisons across Sfeer Members, channels, or time periods do not constitute a breach, as offers are personalized and time-sensitive.

2.10 Data, Legal, and Compliance Requirements

Complies with all applicable data privacy regulations, consumer protection laws, and aviation/fare display regulations.
Includes secure handling of behavioral and booking-related data, collected and used in line with applicable privacy laws.
Personalized offers are generated and applied in accordance with approved internal policies and regulatory obligations.
Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with courts in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia having exclusive jurisdiction to try any dispute.
These Terms & Conditions are issued in Arabic and English. In case of any conflict or contradiction between the two versions, the Arabic language version shall prevail.
