All refunds shall be made in accordance with the fare rules associated with your Order.
Refunds will only be paid to the person who purchased the Order.
Refunds can be requested for unused services within two (2) years from the date of issue of the original Order.
Refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days from the time of submission, subject to applicable law.
Any different time limits required under applicable law, local government or regulatory directives shall take precedence.
For international flights, refund requests must be made before checking in and at least six (6) hours before the scheduled departure time. Requests made after checking in or within six hours of departure are not permitted, and the full value of the Order will be forfeited.
For domestic flights, refund requests must be made before checking in and at least three (3) hours before the scheduled departure time. Requests made after checking in or within three hours of departure are not permitted, and the full value of the Order will be forfeited.
Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment and currency.
Orders with refund restrictions (i.e., non-refundable fares) are not eligible for voluntary refunds.
Both unutilized and partially utilized Order may be eligible for a refund, subject to the fare rules associated with your Order.
Refunds are not reversible once processed.
Refund fees are not applicable to infants not occupying a seat.
No refunds are permitted in the case of a no-show.
Surcharges and fees collected at the time of purchase may have different refund rules.
If your Order was purchased through a travel agent or trade partner, please contact them directly regarding refunds.
If your Order includes any ancillary services (such as extra baggage or seat selection), any changes, cancellations, or refunds must be processed together for the main Order and the ancillary services.
